Alamo City Engineering Services (ACES) is delivering senior engineer support for the deployment, configuration, documentation, operation, and sustainment of the Forescout Comply-to-Connect (C2C) solution, including CR365 Network Access and Security Support, across 12 geographically dispersed Air Education and Training Command (AETC) bases. This support ensures compliance with JFHQ-DODIN’s April 2021 C2C CONOPS, DoD CIO directives, and other applicable C2C guidance. ACES maintains and updates the C2C baseline, addressing vulnerabilities, performing compliance checks, and ensuring alignment with DoD and Air Force Information Assurance standards. Responsibilities also include implementing software patches, coordinating with Communication and Network Operations Squadrons, and delivering post-deployment support. Services cover system sustainment, mission assurance, network and information services, and security operations. As a result of these efforts, unknown and unmanaged systems have been reduced to single digits across all sites, C2C operations are stable and reliable, and AETC is recognized as the most advanced C2C deployment in the Air Force, nearing Step 4 implementation.
